 Office Hours and Appointments
Our office is located in the Morton Plant Mease East Lake Outpatient Center-Suite 406 in Palm Harbor, FL. The East Lake Outpatient Center is a 4-Story brown brick building on the SW corner of Tampa Road and McMullen Booth Road at Cornerstone Centre. Please note that the address number is not listed along Tampa Road. You will only see a brown brick sign on the ground at our entrance that reads CORNERSTONE CENTRE.
Heading south on US 19 from Tarpon Springs/New Port Richey- Turn left on Tampa Road. Our entrance is the last right hand turn before the exit to McMullen Booth Road. We are 1.7 miles east of US 19 on the right hand side. You will see the CORNERSTONE sign.
Heading north on McMullen Booth Road- Take the Tampa Road/Palm Harbor/Ozona Exit (exits off to the right and down as you approach the overpass). You will see this exit immediately after you cross Curlew Road. After exiting to Tampa Road, turn left at the light. Continue under the overpass and through the light and immediately get into the left turning lane. You will see the CORNERSTONE sign. Turn left into our parking lot.
Heading west on Hillsborough Road/Tampa Road- Go under the McMullen Booth Road overpass and through the light and we are immediately to your left on Tampa Road. You will see the CORNERSTONE sign.
