We believe patients should not feel anxious about asking financial questions. Aesthetic surgery is a positive experience. We want you to feel comfortable about the financial aspect of the experience, as well as the surgeon you choose. At East Lake Plastic Surgery Center, our office staff will discuss your concerns and answer any questions you may have regarding our policy. Our goal is to assist you in any way possible to help relieve any financial concerns you may have about your surgery.

Elective Surgery
At your complimentary cosmetic consultation with Dr. Moraitis, we will provide you with a detailed quote for your procedure(s). We do not require a deposit to schedule your procedure. We simply collect the surgeon's fee two weeks in advance of your surgery date. Operating room and anesthesia fees are paid directly to the facility by the morning off. All fees are included on your quote for reference. Should you have any questions about this information, please speak with Alicia, our Practice Administrator/Nurse who can assist you with this.
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, VISA, and Mastercard. To help alleviate financial concerns, we have partnered with two lenders to offer you affordable financing options to fit your personal needs. For more information on these plans or to apply for financing, please visit Care Credit or Surgery Loans. With these plans, you can be approved by phone, fax or internet in as little as 15 minutes.

Insurance
Coverage for plastic surgery procedures is varied depending upon the coverage of the specific insurance plan you carry. Most reconstructive procedures are covered; however, to what extent is dependent on your insurance carrier. Our office staff will assist you in obtaining authorization and filing your claims for surgery.
